Privacy Statement

Essential Feel Goods reserves the right to amend standard policies at any time in accordance with management decisions deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the company.

Product Guarantees:
All online orders for Essential Feel Goods brand products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a Florapathics brand product, it may be returned for replacement or credit on the customer's Florapathics account. Product dissatisfaction must be reported within 7 business days from receipt of goods and return authorization must be given before returning product.

Prouducts found on Essential Feel Goods Website:
There is no return charge for Essential Feel Goods brand products found to be unsatisfactory within 7 days from receipt of goods. Product will be replaced free of charge upon receipt of goods authorized for return.

Samples:
There will be no authorization for return of product samples for any reason. Samples are made available as a service to assist customers with quality approval for packaged and bulk products before larger/bulk purchases are made.

Order Shipment:
All orders are to be shipped within 3-5 business days. It is our goal to ship each order by the next business day;  however, due to the transit time of the many imported botanicals stocked there may be instances when a complete order cannot be shipped within this time frame. If this situation occurs, customers will be notified by email or telephone within 24 business hours of order placement.

Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges are F.O.B. Factory and all shipments are required to be insured. Large orders requiring multiple-piece shipments (multiple boxes or containers) may result in higher actual shipping charges than indicated on the online shopping cart shipping options if service other than domestic Ground service is chosen.

Bulk Pricing:
Bulk prices reflect recent market quotes and are updated regularly. However, many items are subject to commodities market fluctuations, and the actual current price for a material may be at variance with the virtual online price. For ordering large bulk quantities, email customer service at  Rosita@EssentialFeelGoods.com for bulk inventory and price confirmation. Essential Feel Goods reserves the right to change all bulk pricing without notice due to market fluctuations.

Privacy:
All online account information is kept confidential, on a secure server, and is never given or sold to anyone for any reason. Your credit card information is no longer stored on Essential Feel Goods servers, the payment information is entered on the secure merchant processor's page and then only the authorization codes are passed back to the Essential Feel Goods servers. Account holders may occasionally receive unsolicited email directly from Essential Feel Goods for offers or information that Essential Feel Goods considers of possible interest to account holders.
