How to Train Yourself to See an Aura
While some individuals are born with the ability to easily discern an object’s aura, for others, sensing such a force may prove a more difficult task. At its most basic level, an aura is the distinct, colorful emanation of an object or person. It is an energy field, of sorts. If you, personally, have never gleamed anything of the sort, or have and wish to better refine that skill, then the following tips on training yourself to see an aura may help.Check out this link here.
Firstly, it is of utmost importance to find an environment with soft lighting. Since it has been suggested that red and blue auras are easiest to witness, take a solid red or blue covered object and place it against a plain backdrop at a level where you can comfortably see it.
Once you have the object in your sights, close your eyes and allow them to relax for a few moments. Upon reopening them, allow them to focus just past the object at nothing particular. Keep a relaxed gaze, blinking as usual. After a while, perhaps, you will be able to see the faint presence of an aura. Do not look directly at it, but keep your vision on the point of nothingness that you established at the beginning. When this exercise meets with success, try placing various, solid colored objects side by side, or even focus on a resting individual or pet, and follow the same guidelines.
If you wish to see your own aura, sit before a mirror and practice the same method of directing your eyes just next to whatever object you are intent on observing, keeping this relaxed state until a colored haze becomes visible.
Remember, the practice of seeing auras is not paranormal in nature. Everything emits energy; one simply needs to understand how to sense it.
